Shipping Charges

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service used. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

We are pleased to ship to customers worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs duties, taxes, or additional courier charges are applied, these must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or courier before delivery can be completed.

Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or courier fees incurred will be deducted from any refund that may be issued.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reputable shipping partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
